Six hours. Your celebration.

Every house rental includes a six-hour rental window, including setup time, and access to The Sutton House for gatherings of up to 45 guests.

What is included in rental price:

• Entire private space (kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, lounge area, garage, television, refrigerator/freezer)

• Tables, chairs and black linens for up to 45 guests

• Pool table, foosball table, outdoor fire pit

• Green Moss wall for decorating

Booking terms:

• 50% nonrefundable rental deposit required to hold your date.

• Remaining 50% due 30 days before your event.

• A separate $175 refundable security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.
